How do I track my order?
Once we ship your order we will update the shipping tracking number and you'll get an email telling you how soon you'll get infused.
What are your delivery options?
We use USPS, UPS and others to ship, unless other arrangements are made prior to the sale.
How do I return an item?
Because these are personal products, we can only accept a return if unopened and unused. Please contact us prior to any returns.
Refunds will only be given up to 14 days after purchases.
Please note, the cost to ship an item for return / exchange plus a 20% restocking fee is the customer's responsibility. If the item is an exchange, The Infused Equestrian will ship the exchanged item(s) to the customer in the Continental US via USPS shipping without any additional charge to the customer.
Sale Returns--All Sale items are final sales.
What is your shipping policy?
In stock items: Receive your order 5-7 business days from the estimated shipping date.
Most items are in stock and ready ship within 24 hours, but some exclusions may apply.
Do you provide International delivery?
Yes and No. We ship to Canada. And, we can offer International delivery beyond North America, if arranged ahead of time.
How can I share an "infusiastic" product review?
Send us your crafted words and we will put it on our site for everyone to see how "infusiastic" you are! Send us a pic too and we might even create a social media post showcasing you and your horse getting infused.
